  • A drivers car

If youve been shopping for the FRS or now GT86 youve surely heard it referred to as a drivers car before. So true! It is the most fun car Ive ever owned and what it lacks in features it makes up for in experience. This isnt a Lexus so dont expect heated seats and 50 steering wheel controls. In fact expect no steering wheel controls. Everything is bare bones but to be perfectly honest, no big deal. My only actual complaint is in horsepower. It could do with a little extra kick but for the most part it is plenty for day to day driving. The handling is superb. Tearing through curves and corners is what its made for and it delivers. Very happy with my FRS. I wish Id have held out for Scion to fade so mine would have the Toyota badges but oh well.
  • Own S2000 and FR-S. Both Are Wonderful Cars

FR-S is all about corners. The FR-S is a much more comfortable car than the S2000. Both handle excellently and both are cornering fools. Both are rock solid reliable. S2000 is faster, but FR-S handles better when pushed very hard in corners on a track. I have driven both cars on long distance road trips. The FR-S is infinitely more comfortable, but the S2000 shines when you need high altitude horsepower. Both get very good gas mileage, though the FR-S consistently got 32 on the interstate, with the S2000 getting around 28.
  • Great Car

Want a great looking car that everyone enjoys and has zero issues? Then the FRS is for you. Everyone is always complementing me on the car and any time I step out I always have to turn back and look. She sounds amazing and drives like a dream.
